he will be long overdue:
many lifetimes have I waited
alone at a table for two.
When Love finds me,
I will recognize him,
not from his appearance
but from his iris.
When Love finds me,
he will find me well;
I will be doing just fine
without him around.
When Love finds me,
he will behold me as beautiful,
and I will come to believe
his eyes over the mirror.
When Love finds me,
one touch will confirm
his Soul and Mine
have been seeking each other.
When Love finds me,
he will be weary
from his journey to me
for I will not be searching.
When Love finds me,
the hard part will be over
for our future will be filled
with endless laughter.
When Love finds me,
he should fear not:
our hearts will bind in an
infinity knot.
When Love finds me,
I will take to flight,
soar wing-to-wing
and never alight.
I believe in you,
my sweet, sweet
Love.
